We can arrange returns/replacement for the following reasons

  • The products you received do not match your order.
  • Received defective products.
  • Products damaged during transit. 
  • Shipment lost during transit. 


You can request returns at

  • We accept returns requests within seven days from the delivery date.
  • We will then check with our delivery partner for reverse pick-up. If possible, we will arrange a return pick-up. In case if your pin code is not serviceable for a return pick-up, you’ll need to return the product to us at your own expense.
  • Ensure the products for return are in original unused condition in its package. 
  • We will send out the replacement once we inspect the returned product. 


All refunds are processed to the original payment method.
