Shipping policy
We ship across India, except to unserviceable areas.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Chennai.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹899
- Prepaid orders ₹899 and below: ₹95
- Cash on Delivery (COD): charges calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timeline:
- Orders deliver in 2–5 days depending on your location.
- We dispatch within one working day.
- Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday go out the next working day.
- If a courier delay holds up your order, we'll let you know.
Tracking Your Order:
You'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp once your order is ready to ship.
Changed your mind?
To cancel before dispatch, write to hey@rodanotes.com [or reply to your order email].
Once it has shipped, it can't be cancelled. If we ever have to cancel, we'll tell you right away and refund you in full to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy.
International Shipping:
