Shipping policy
We ship across India, except to unserviceable areas.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Chennai.
Shipping Charges:
- Prepaid orders above ₹600: Free Shipping
- Prepaid orders below ₹600: ₹75
- Express Shipping: ₹120. Delivery in 1–3 days.
- Cash on Delivery: charges calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timeline:
Standard orders arrive in 3–7 days depending on your location. Express orders arrive in 1–3 days.
We dispatch within 24 working hours on working days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day. Occasionally, shipping may be disrupted due to courier availability or other unforeseen reasons, we'll keep you informed if that affects your order.
Tracking Your Order:
You'll receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is ready to ship.
Cancellation:
Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled. If we need to cancel from our end, we'll tell you immediately and refund in full to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details.
